Terms of Agreement
It is understood that WIN Publishing, Inc. will contact businesses to sell advertisements to cover the costs of the publication. All posters will be provided to the school at no charge.The school or any of it's representatives will have no expense in the publication of the project. His/her only obligation will be to provide an updated schedule to the best of his/her ability, to provide school mascot or logo and to distribute the publication after printing. It is also understood that the school or booster club will receive one half of the profit from said advertising sales after reasonable publishing costs have been deducted.
